A GorillaBox measures a metre wide by 1.2 metres long and 1.2 metre high.

This means that one single box is perfectly proportioned to accommodate all the stuff from uni life that you don’t need to drag home between terms.

Just so we’re clear, a GorillaBox is one SERIOUSLY big box.

Big enough in fact to hold 13,458 bananas!!

If however, you have an unusually copious amount of student essentials, when the team come to collect, they can extend your box for no extra cost or will have a second box available which can be stored for £6 per week.

You won’t need to label your items individually as they will never leave your GorillaBox. The box itself, we will label for you

Traditionally, storage companies insist that you take their insurance when you use their storage. We don't like sneaky add-on costs and would guess you don't either.

So... we insure your goods for up to £100 for free.

Storing some fancy stuff?? Further cover is available from £1.50 per £1000 of additional cover, per week. We keep you items in a secure, manned facility with 24-hour security but it’s your call.

Absolutely! We use purpose made facilities with 24-hour security.

Not at all. In fact, we can deliver your GorillaBox anywhere in the world. If delivery is to the same postcode area (eg. SO19 to SO30) as the collection, delivery is completely free.

Alternatively, your GorillaBox can be delivered anywhere in mainland UK for £125.

Nope. Everything can be packed into you GorillaBox as it is.

Just pile your books, shoes, clothes, DVD’s and electronics into the box and it’s ready to go.

However, we would recommend protecting any particularly fragile items such as glasses, vases, plates or TV’s by boxing or bubble wrapping first.

If you’d prefer to box up your bits and pieces, we understand and can provide you with packing materials that are made to make the best of the space.

One of the reasons that we are able to offer a revolutionary level of value to our customers for their personal storage is because we make sure you don’t have to pay for a big shiny customer facing reception on our storage facilities nor the cost of the staffing them.

The storage revolution starts with GorillaBox but it will not be televised …or on a high street near you.

We’re not able to return individual items but we can return your GorillaBox to you in its entirety, then collect again when you’re done. The cost for an impromptu return and subsequent collection is £29.99.

Your GorillaBox will be delivered in a trailer, which can be positioned close to your house, apartment or halls. Unfortunately, due to the sheer size of a GorillaBox, it's not possible to get them in and out of doors.
